What’s more fun than a rotating hand-held blood model?
A 6 foot high rotating blood display – that’s what!
Recently, One World DMG had the pleasure of designing both an educational model and a corresponding interactive tradeshow display for Incyte. The dramatic display, which debuted at the ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition in San Francisco, helped draw traffic to the client’s booth for its brand Jakafi.
Curious visitors learned about polycythemia vera (PV) and how it affects the hematocrit of blood. The colorful model acted as visual representation of a healthy vessel and one with PV. When rotated, the model demonstrated how the red blood cells travel through the vessel. Spectators could clearly see how the healthy vessel had fewer red blood cells and moved more quickly than the vessel with PV.
